The Celestial Plume

The Celestial Plume is an autobiographical account of a woman who does not surrender to existential faith, a woman who lives by her own rules. This is a portrait of the bittersweet passion of unfathomable love, a soul-searing portrait of yearning and loss, the triumph of an artiste over lifethreatening illness, and everlasting connections of the soul made on a canvas of dreadful cancer.

This is a story of love soaked in pain, where, in the face of betrayal, the faith in love remains undeterred, where fate opens doors to greener pastures leading to a crossroad, where one has to make a choice between love and probity.

The book is written in self-reflexive format, being a dialogue between the self and the observer within. This story glorifies a heart that has passion and compassion, but is devoid of ego; like that of a peacock plume, light, multihued, and beautiful.
